If you enjoy having a a cocktail every so often, leave your money at home if you plan to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Leave your pocketbook, your wallet, and keep all cash, charge cards and checks out of the casino. Grab only the money you expect to spend on alcohol, tips and whatever pocket change you anticipate to throw away and keep the remainder behind.
Contemptuous? Not at all. Just realistic. You can experience a success following a drunken evening out with your acquaintances and be blessed enough to hit a long toss at a smokin craps table. Hang on to that adventure considering that it is as short-lived as it gets if you continuously drink and gamble. The pair just don’t go well together.
Keeping your money back at the hotel is a tiny bit drastic, but defensive measures for dramatic actions is essential. If you gamble to succeed, then don’t drink alcohol and bet. If you like to burn your money without a concern, then consume all the gratuitous booze you can handle, but do not pack credit cards and checkbooks to toss into the mix of following squanderings after your hooched up brain loses all the cash!
Allow me to take this a single step more. do not consume alcohol and then jump on to the internet to bet in your preferred casino either. I enjoy a drink from the comfort of my home, but since I am hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and have charge cards at my fingertips, I can’t drink and bet.
What’s the reason? Although I do not drink a lot, once I consume alcohol, it’s definitely sufficient to blur my common sense. I bet, so I don’t drink when wagering. If you are a drinker, don’t bet at the same time. The two mix up for an awful, and expensive, cocktail.
